Payment Policy
- 50% of Tour payment required while confirming the Tour with us.
- 100% of Tour payment required for the confirmation of the 4 star & 5 Star
Hotels/Resorts. - 100% of flight fare payment required for the flight tickets before the purchase of tickets.
- Balance payment of Tour coast must be paid one month prior to the arrival date to
Bhutan. - Bhutan Entry visa will be approved only by Royal Government of Bhutan through
Tourism Council of Bhutan after the full payment received by us. - Your Tour payment is totally save with us, because it directly goes to The Tourism
Council of Bhutan account.
Tour Cancellation Policy
- 80% refund for the tour cancelled 45 days prior to arrival date, payment transfer charges
will be applicable. - 40% refund for the tour cancelled between 30 to 45 days prior to arrival date.
- 20% refund for the tour cancelled less than 30 days of arrival date and for the change of
itinerary.
Flight Tickets Cancellation Policy: (Documentation charge $25/ticket)
- 60% refund for cancellation made before 30 days prior to arrival date (Documentation
charge of $25 is applicable). - 20% refund for cancellation made between 15 to 30 days of arrival date.
- NO refund for cancellation made less than 15 days of travel date.
- Documentation charge applicable for the change of dates, sectors etc (issued tickets only,
Nu 3,500/ticket).
